If you have to cancel your reservation, you have to do so within 48 hours prior to your arrival. The cancellation has to be confirmed from our side.
If you want to check-in after 18:00 you always have to inform the reception. If you do not have garanteed your booking with your credit card number and we did not hear from you, then we have the right to cancel your reservation after 18:00.
